Request Account and Data Deletion

We're committed to transparency. Review our disclaimers, mobile app terms, and account deletion process to ensure a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities.

Users may request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time by
sending an email to aa@airportsbahamas.com with the subject line "Account
Deletion Request" Include your account details such as the following:


1.Full name as registered in application for verification.
2. Email Address associated with account
3. Phone number
4. Reason for Deletion (optional- can help us improve our services)
5. Acknowledgement statement:


“I confirm that I am the owner of this account and request the permanent deletion of
my account and all associated account data. I understand that this action is
irreversible and will result in the loss of all transaction history and stored information”

Processing Time
Once a request is received, we will process it within 7 business days. A confirmation
email will be sent upon successful deletion.


Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email
or app notifications. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised policy.
